Job Purpose:

The role is primarily responsible for overseeing the Compensation & Benefits programs offered at

Zong

aligned with Company strategy & benchmarked with best practices. The role will also ensure helping in attracting top talent & retaining high-performing employees within Zong through effective incentive plans & reward strategies along with managing monthly Payroll, HR Budget and Group reporting.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing overall Compensation & Benefit programs offered at CMPak & to make sure that HR Compensation & Benefits strategy is aligned with that of the organization strategy.
  • Designing Total Reward structure with a focused approach towards acquisition of top talent & retention of high performing employees.
  • Devising recommendations of Reward & recognition programs based on best global & market practices to increase employee motivation & satisfaction.
  • Conducting analysis & designing proposals for Special short-term & long-term Incentives, Bonuses for relevant commercial & technical teams.
  • Participating in industry-wide Salary surveys, conducting post survey analysis & preparing proposals for management regarding salary & benefits benchmarking with the industry.
  • Ensuring the compliance with approved rewards structure & compensation policies for external & internal hiring in coordination with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Planning, proposing & executing the Annual increment cycle.

  • Conducting industry wide analysis for benchmarking company’s grading & salary structure
  • Being a custodian of compensation related policies and processes, ensuring timely & accurate communication to nationwide employees as & when required.
  • Preparing HR budget and regularly monitoring employee related HR costs on monthly basis.
  • Managing end to end Payroll of permanent staff with 100% accuracy and ensuring the salary disbursement within the assigned TAT.
  • Managing the CMCC Group & Finance reporting on monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis within the assigned TAT.
  • Managing all internal, external & CMCC audits


Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills)


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelorƒ??s Degree preferably with specialization in HR


Work Experience:

  • At least 5 – 6 years of working experience in HR preferably in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Rewards, payroll management or any relevant domain.


Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles
  • Understanding of the industry best practices, business principles & drivers
  • Excellent business Acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Hand-on experience & knowledge of Payroll System
  • Strong understanding of Tax rules and Labor laws of Pakistan
