Job Title: Assistant Manager System & Processes

Job Purpose:


The person will be responsible to plan policies & process for all corporate customer touch points, & operational teams and develop system to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, & business growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and re-engineering standardized departmental processes with a focus on efficient execution, customer centricity, and improved time to market.
  • Developing information standardization approaches and ensuring availability of right information across all customers’ touch point by utilizing information management tools and techniques.
  • Reviewing and developing SLAs and TAT within and other departments of organizations for effective and efficient services.
  • Ensuring an information delivery channel follows an effective mechanism that delivers relevant, consistent and useful information.
  • Developing and executing new policies and processes in compliance with standards of the organization to provide good customer experience.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of policies and procedures in place in all corporate sales sections and identification of areas where new policies are required in order to ensure to greater efficiency of the business.



Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science/Business Administration/MIS is required. Master’s degree with relevant experience will be preferred.


Work Experience:

  • At least 3-6 years of relevant work experience
