Job Title: Assistant Manager Energy Management

Job Purpose:


To achieve cost reduction targets related energy/OPEX management. The person will be responsible for the cost reduction in High OPEX areas like Fuel & Commercial power by taking appropriate measures in designs and by optimization at technical side and using technology. He has to liaison with business partners, technical teams and other functions for implementation of cost saving initiatives and solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • End to End energy management of CMPak Access network & Core sites.
  • Must have in depth knowledge of power infrastructures and all elements
  • Able to devise solutions for energy conservation/saving at Telecom infrastructures
  • Understanding of power system designs from power distribution system to telecom infrastructures
  • Responsible to design and run energy saving projects to lower OPEX cost
  • Prepare policies and guidelines for regional and MS vendor teams to lower OPEX cost by optimization at technical side
  • Setup responsibility matrix for cost leadership tasks clearly defining the responsibility of stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all relevant action items and timelines set up in the responsibility matrix are achieved.
  • Devise and implement cost leadership plan in liaison with CMPak & MS Vendorƒ??s teams and routine follow up for its implementation as per agreed timelines
  • Preparation of contingency plans in line with the instructions of management.
  • Highlight risks and gaps in the current activities and prepare a mitigation plan accordingly.



Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical/Telecom). Candidates with relevant Masters degree with required experience will be given preference.


Work Experience:

  • At least 4-6 years relevant experience
