Job Title: Executive Purchase Compliance & PMO
Department: Procurement
Reporting to: Sr. Manager Purchase Compliance & PMO

Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose:
- To ensure the compliance of purchase documents with company policies, procedures and practices where relevant.
- Perform and lead all compliance related documentation reviews related to purchase orders and agreements within the existing workflow process, and issue final Purchase Order.
Job Responsibilities:
- PO Issuance as per policy within agreed lead time and ensuring all the required documentation is attached with PO
- Contract initiation as per policy within agreed lead time and ensuring all the required documentation is attached with contract
- Record keeping of the entire data in soft and hard copy for back up and audit purposes. Manage, update & keep track all types of related filling for project
- Extensive coordination with concerned departments for ensuring purchase request generation, policy training, and supporting them in provision of required documents and POs afterwards
- Support negotiation team for the purchases of goods/services as per the Procurement Policy
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills)
Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Candidates holding
MBA (Finance /Accounting) or ACCA qualified candidates will be preferred
.
Work Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in relevant domain.

- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of purchase management
- Hands-on practice of ERP System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in Excel Reporting and Dashboards
