Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Purpose:


Establish, maintain and develop the companyƒ??s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business, while retaining the existing corporate clients by providing exclusive customer services to gain customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:



Sales Management:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Relationship Managers
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all Relationship Managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Relationship Managerƒ??s sales and activity performance
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance



New Business Development:

  • Identify and target prospective customers in order to increase & generate additional revenue for the company. Set new appointments on a regular basis to prospective corporate customers. Understand their communication needs and provide them feasible solutions. Materialize efforts into new business
  • Monitor market and competitors activity to ensure opportunities for new customer acquisition and enhance market share



Enterprise Sales & Solutions (ESS):

  • Enhance ESS product portfolio
  • Bring in more revenue from ESS



Revenue Generation:

  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Meet/exceed budgets for revenue and profitability targets on assigned portfolio of relationships
  • Monitor the overall revenue level generated by respective corporate clients (track any unexpected revenue changes in a specific account and its causes) and take necessary action to enhance/maintain the current levels of monthly revenues. (Keep a regular check on respective accounts to ensure timely payment of bills.)



Customer Retention/Churn:

  • To keep a regular track of corporate activation/disconnections and the reason for the above. Formulate (strategies) tactics for customer retention and prevention of churn to other competitors taking necessary action to resolve service, billing or any other issues while that may cause customer dissatisfaction
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Work with clients for identifying key business issues, develop and present Value Added analysis



Coordination with HQ and RD:

  • Coordination with:
  • Segments team for commissions, packages, campaigns and promos, & business cases
  • BI team for the reporting and performance analysis purposes
  • ESS team for Enterprise Solutions surveys, solution designs, deployments and customer complaint handling
  • Finance for business cases feasibility
  • Legal for Contracts management
  • RDƒ??s and their team for sales activities



Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills)


Education:

  • Must have a minimum of Bachelors degree preferably in Business or any other relevant field.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of relevant work experience is required.


Skills ƒ?? Job Specific:

  • Good Relationship development skills
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
