Major Job Requirements
- Answers incoming and outgoing customer calls
- At least 2 years?? experience in Call Center Industry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Education: Minimum Graduation
- No Language preferences but fluency in both English and Urdu Required
- Computer Literacy must
- Age Between 22 ?? 30 years (Preference 25+)
