IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • The purpose of this job is to bring in revenue by targeting the SME market and selling them specific bundles tailored to their needs. This position will be assigned a monthly sales targets and performance will be monitored accordingly.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • SME Bundle Sales: Visit potential SME customers for SME Bundle Sales. Guide customers about the features and benefits of the included products, solutions & services.
  • Sale Booking: Book Sales in the SME portal & PTCL Systems upon successful closure of a sale lead. Post Payment in CARES and deposit cash to finance.
  • Sales Quality & Customer Retention: Make sure that customers are well aware of the subscribed products. Follow up to ensure that all products & solutions are activated in a timely manner. Keep a follow-up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied to avoid churn.
  • Reporting: Daily Reporting of all activities including customer`s visits, sales, retention and complaints.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation


Experience:

  • Sales Experience. Preferably in Telco or SME-related products.


Competencies:

  • Communication, Interpersonal, Sales
  • Market Research
  • Cross Selling techniques
  • SME portfolio handling.
