A U.S.-based company that is providing revolutionary DeFi trading solutions by engaging with dozens of protocols across multiple blockchains, is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. The selected candidate will be working closely with the team while taking charge of the observability, scalability, and security of the platform. The company is on a mission to build a more inclusive and decentralized economy where investors have equal access to opportunity. This position requires 6+ hours of overlap with the ET time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, build, and maintain the infrastructure that provides essential support for business functions that change and move quickly
  • To determine whether additional infrastructure has to be added, whether it is off-the-shelf or custom-built, employ a data-driven strategy
  • Develop networked, real-time systems that are highly scalable and reliable
  • Ensure that all internal services are adequately monitored by working with product engineers: Dashboards, logging, and alarms
  • Become a better engineer by working hard and mentoring other engineers


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelorƒ??s/Masterƒ??s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
  • Extensive experience working with Go and Node.js
  • Experience building, operating, and debugging distributed systems at scale
  • Must possess boundless curiosity, autonomy, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience building and/or operating observability systems at scale
  • Prolific experience with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Demonstrable experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
  • Prior experience building and/or operating production systems in Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS
  • Demonstrable technical initiative and leadership skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
