Position Summary

Assist in Developing, managing and governing: Growth Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing Measurement for Telenor Microfinance Bank/Easypaisa.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Digital Media Planning & Buying
  • Solid knowledge of the current & upcoming digital marketing platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising modules that is present on each platform.
  • Google Display Network, Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, independent mobile marketing platforms such as Admob & Inmobi along with local publishers.
  • Their integration with local systems & analytics tools.
  • Experience of mapping customer journey across these platforms is a must.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with all POCƒ??s/online media partners (both local & international).
  • Working in close co-ordination with the Digital Media Agency.
  • Responsible for deep understanding of business objectives to develop cross-platform Digital Strategies, Integrated Marketing Campaigns and supporting content.
  • Partner and liaison with creative and digital agency teams to manage execution of campaigns.
  • Develop social media platform strategy & define key positioning for the brand.
  • Lead for content audits, content management, improve content operations through
  • In-App UX/UI enhancement for the Easypaisa App
  • Playstore ASO operations lead.
  • A/B Testing & Agile Marketing
  • Improve KPI’s and campaign performance by introducing a stronger focus on optimization via A/B tests and experiments.
  • SEO Audit & Content Optimization for Telenor Bank/Easypaisa website
  • Working in close co-ordination with the brand team to come up with optimised creative & Text content.
  • Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours in all aspects of his/her work conduct.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • MBA/Masters/Bachelors in Marketing Management or relevant field
  • Ability to work as a team member /leader and having the skill set to work in a partnership environment to generate synergies from across functions
  • Demonstrate drive and energy – have the ability to persuade and influence decision makers
  • Focus on continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to take initiatives & be the first to recognize a need for change ƒ?? and proactively work towards implementing that change.
