Assist in Developing, managing and governing: Growth Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing Measurement for Telenor Microfinance Bank/Easypaisa.
- Responsible for Digital Media Planning & Buying
- Solid knowledge of the current & upcoming digital marketing platforms
- In-depth knowledge of the advertising modules that is present on each platform.
- Google Display Network, Google Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, independent mobile marketing platforms such as Admob & Inmobi along with local publishers.
- Their integration with local systems & analytics tools.
- Experience of mapping customer journey across these platforms is a must.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with all POC??s/online media partners (both local & international).
- Working in close co-ordination with the Digital Media Agency.
- Responsible for deep understanding of business objectives to develop cross-platform Digital Strategies, Integrated Marketing Campaigns and supporting content.
- Partner and liaison with creative and digital agency teams to manage execution of campaigns.
- Develop social media platform strategy & define key positioning for the brand.
- Lead for content audits, content management, improve content operations through
- In-App UX/UI enhancement for the Easypaisa App
- Playstore ASO operations lead.
- A/B Testing & Agile Marketing
- Improve KPI’s and campaign performance by introducing a stronger focus on optimization via A/B tests and experiments.
- SEO Audit & Content Optimization for Telenor Bank/Easypaisa website
- Working in close co-ordination with the brand team to come up with optimised creative & Text content.
- Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- MBA/Masters/Bachelors in Marketing Management or relevant field
- Ability to work as a team member /leader and having the skill set to work in a partnership environment to generate synergies from across functions
- Demonstrate drive and energy – have the ability to persuade and influence decision makers
- Focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to take initiatives & be the first to recognize a need for change ?? and proactively work towards implementing that change.
