  • Support in scheduling key meetings and recording and preparing minutes of key meetings
  • Prepare key documents and presentations as per need
  • Support in raising purchase requisitions and processing payments related to various projects and tasks under organization excellence
  • Develop detailed project management plans for each project
  • Proactively manage project timelines and follow up as per need
  • Support in various projects / initiatives which are related to the organization rhythm framework
  • Devise formats for collection of all kinds of data / information related to organization excellence projects. Follow up with key stakeholders and departments as per need
  • Compile and consolidate data received and maintain reports and records accordingly
  • Conduct research related to business operating models and rhythm as well as consolidate key findings
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a business operating model, measurement tools and scorecard
  • Coordinate and provide administrative / logistical support to external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage various projects under organization excellence
  • Support in the development and implementation of internal communications processes and strategy including the TCF values and behaviours roll out and inculcation
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee role and assigned by Line Manager

Bachelors from an accredited institution


At least 1 year of working experience [preferred]
