Description
- Support in scheduling key meetings and recording and preparing minutes of key meetings
- Prepare key documents and presentations as per need
- Support in raising purchase requisitions and processing payments related to various projects and tasks under organization excellence
- Develop detailed project management plans for each project
- Proactively manage project timelines and follow up as per need
- Support in various projects / initiatives which are related to the organization rhythm framework
- Devise formats for collection of all kinds of data / information related to organization excellence projects. Follow up with key stakeholders and departments as per need
- Compile and consolidate data received and maintain reports and records accordingly
- Conduct research related to business operating models and rhythm as well as consolidate key findings
- Assist in the development and implementation of a business operating model, measurement tools and scorecard
- Coordinate and provide administrative / logistical support to external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage various projects under organization excellence
- Support in the development and implementation of internal communications processes and strategy including the TCF values and behaviours roll out and inculcation

Bachelors from an accredited institution
Experience
