TCF??s initiative ??Dastak Teacher Training Program?? is an effort to take TCF??s teaching successes to other schools in the country. The program is a teacher training and certification program that helps develop and motivate school teachers teaching in low-cost private schools. The program believes that building leadership capacity in teachers will ultimately improve student learning and help teachers pursue self-learning.
- Develop a work plan and manage the content and training team
- Lead research and creation of audience-specific content and training materials
- Lead and create assessments for course modules for the program
- Lead and create orientation plans for mentees and mentors
- Implement monitoring and evaluation plan and prepare training report after every training cycle
- Monitor the quality of the program and design intervention strategies accordingly
- Liaison with marketing and operations team for smooth delivery of training cycles and program related deliverables.

Manage relations with stakeholders and other industry professionals
Required Skills
- Experience in teaching multiple grade levels
- Experience in conducting training (physical or online)
- Content development
- Excellent Urdu communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ZOOM, and related softwares
- Program management (Design, implement and evaluate)
- Team management
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
