Description
The incumbent will be responsible for developing quality Lesson Plans for K-V Teacher Guides for our Partnership Schools. They will be working with Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) from the National Curriculum, and the Lesson Plans will be associated with the Punjab and Sindh Board textbooks.
- Take part in the onboarding process for the curricular content development
- Develop a set of quality, engaging, student-centric Lesson Plans, based on a given template
- Revise each Lesson Plan based on at least one round of feedback (if needed)
- Maintain a strong connect with the intended users of the resources: teachers and students
- Assist Curriculum Design Quality Leads with providing feedback to other Content Developers (if needed)

Attend weekly check-ins with Manager, LED
Required Skills
- An understanding of K-V curricular content (based on the National Curriculum SLOs) in most subjects, except English
- Excellent Lesson Planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Urdu proficiency
- Access to internet and laptop/PC (to be able to work virtually)

Computer literacy (MS Office, Urdu typing, Internet Navigation)
Education
Undergraduate Degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
Experience
At least 1 year of teaching experience
