Description



The candidate will be responsible for managing all outgoing funds (fee payments) in line with approved budget; reconciling internal financial records with the finance department; leading and conducting financial assessment of students at the time of funds; supervising student database; maintaining regular follow up for fee recovery; & counselling students.

  • Assist with the management of TCF Tertiary Support Program
  • Responsible for processes and payments related to TCF Tertiary Education all across Pakistan
  • Monitor and maintain the approved annual budget
  • Reconcile monthly finance reports and adjust for accurate donor reporting
  • Responsible for minimizing sunk costs
  • Follow up for fee recovery
  • Maintain, monitor and update the tertiary student database
  • Maintain active channel of communication with stakeholders within and outside of TCF
  • Establish contact and relationships with universities for smoother processes
  • Should be able to develop, improve, implement and maintain efficient fund processing, recovery and communication systems
  • Should be able to extract and analyze relevant data to prepare monthly and annual financial reports of TSP
  • Provide support to Senior Lead, TSP at all times in all other related projects of the Alumni Department.
