Description



The incumbent will be responsible for assisting TCF alumni in intermediate enrolment, coaching center support & scholarships, and vocational training programs. He/she will be responsible for tracking & managing opportunities for TCF alumni besides helping them with applications, funds, counseling needs, and issues resolution. The incumbent will also be expected to maintain effective relationships and open channels of communication with partnering organizations.

  • Identification of new partners, timeline, and criteria for admissions
  • Communication with students, schools, coaching & vocational institutes
  • Day-to-day operations of programs
  • Data collection, compilation, and verification of students
  • Payments processing, tracking & coordination
  • Logistics and travel arrangements for the program
  • Collection and tracking of student attendance
  • Visits & outreach sessions for students during the program



Required Skills


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Networking, stakeholder, and relationship management
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word & Google forms
  • Operationally astute ƒ?? good with follow-ups, deadlines, and documentation
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of academic terminologies, criteria, and timelines
