HR Transactions:
- Processing HR transactions and keeping record in hard and soft copy.

Resolving payroll queries of school staff
Quality Of Principals
- To conduct strong outreach for quality Principals and follow up and track outreach activities across the Region
- To facilitate and manage the conduct of Assessment Centres for quality Principals across the Region
- To facilitate timely completion, maintenance and quality of Assessment Centre data through online trackers
- To assist in smooth facilitation and conduct of Annual performance appraisal for Principals including organizing Region calibration meetings and wrap up/completion of Principal appraisal paperwork through Area Teams

To facilitate and assist conduct of HR related training to Principals at Principal Academy sessions
Quality Of Teachers
- To assist Principals with training for carrying out independent outreach for quality local Teachers and ensure CV bank is being maintained within schools
- To facilitate and ensure Teacher hiring process is being followed across the Areas and induction scores, localization levels etc are being tracked
- To ensure timely completion, maintenance and quality of Teacher hiring
- To ensure timely collection of data from schools through Areas for all Faculty awards so that all awards can be timely processed before the Teacher award ceremonies

To support the Regional Coordinator, who is responsible for the planning of Teacher award ceremonies, in the planning of Teacher award ceremonies across the Region
Training, Development And Culture
- To assist RHR Manager in training and development of Faculty and Management Staff
- To assist RHR Manager in ensuring that the culture in Regions, Areas and schools is harmonious to organization??s values and objectives

Any other HR related duties that shall be assigned by the RHR Manager

Strong command over English
Education
MBA degree in HR preferably from an accredited institution
Experience
Preferably 1 year of relevant experience as HR generalist
