Job Description:
- Execute, monitor and follow up with agencies regarding Mega BTL & Activation Projects in Leaf & Mixture Categories
- Monitor the in-store programs in Key Retail Outlets and ensure smooth operations
- Suggest, manage & participate in events to build Brand Image
- Monitoring all Outdoor Media Campaigns
- Regional custodian for Brand KPIs (TOM, penetration and consideration)
- Monitoring of all In-Store BTL Activities regarding LMT & IMT related to customer conversion and retention
- Timely communication of Regular Event Sponsorship / Mela Sponsorship or any other key marketing opportunity
- Post audit & reporting of all BTL/activation and outdoor campaigns
- Reporting & analysis of all competitor activities and initiatives
