As a Sr. Executive Procure to Pay ?? Services you are required to record all journal vouchers, Expense vouchers in GL & process Bank payment voucher of Service providers. Accountable for receipts of invoices to the disbursement of payments.
Things you will be doing as a Sr. Executive Procure to Pay – Services
- Services related Payment Processing
- Reconciliation of Services vendor & Sales tax input reconciliation
- LC closing and reconciliation of all LC related accounts.
- Coordination & follow-up with vendor & peer department regarding payments.
- Issuance of advances to supplier & their follow-ups.
- Processing of BODs Payments, Utilities & monthly reporting.
- Timely Payment Processing & Tracking
What are we looking for in you?
- Minimum Qualification of master??s degree in Finance/ACCA
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Supplier handling
- Tax Knowledge
- Communication Skills
- Teamwork
- ERP handling
