Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced website developer responsible for optimizing nisum.com ??s performance to drive inbound leads. This person should be able to work with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements, create a plan, and drive the project from end-to-end. You will be working alongside an international marketing team focused on generating new client demand.
What You??ll Do
- Interpreting specifications and identifying website user requirements
- Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines
- Communicating effectively with clients and teams
- Updating records and writing reports
- Working with a QA to debug the website and ensuring software documentation is created or updated
- Conducting diagnostic testing to ensure the website is within industry standards for desktop and mobile
- Identifying problems then, testing, and correcting
- Conducting research and keeping abreast of website performance trends
- Website and software application designing, building, and maintaining
- Conferring with international teams to keep international pages aligned to the global page
- Updating the website with a wireframe
- Evaluating the website template (and if needed code) to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
- Work quickly and carefully to complete edits requested by stakeholders, develop plans for completing more extensive projects, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites
- Ensure new implementations are future-looking
- Work with content creators (designers and copy specialists) to ensure new content fits the website??s aesthetic
- Addressing Google Search Console updates e.g. agorithm updates, coreweb vitals, etc.
- Integrating and managing APIs to get or post data on the website
What You Know
- 5-7 years of experience
- Proficient in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience with HubL and Hubspot CMS preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics and
- Experience with third-party APIs
- Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals
- Exceptional understanding of UI prototyping tools
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English
- Able clearly express ideas and recommendations to non-technical teams
- Experience in planning and managing projects end-to-end
- Leadership and management skills
- Process-driven
- Quick learner and enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Team player
Reporting Structure & Other Considerations
- This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager based in California, USA
- This role requires working hours to overlap Pacific Time until noon Mondays through Fridays
