- At least 3+ years of experience in Linux Administration
- Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems RedHat, CentOS, Linux shells and standard utilities, and common Linux security tools
- Perform security remediation and resolve vulnerabilities or issues detected in an application or infrastructure
- Reduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
- Knowledge on Yum, rpms, Satellite server
- Windows Administrator experience is a plus
Required skills and qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Azure Cloud knowledge is a must
- Certification on RHCE would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
