Job Purpose:

The Sales Chef position is positioned to create a branded culinary experience for our customers and our food services team through engaging presentations, ideations, trends, and insights that put NFL Brands at the forefront of every discussion.

This position is responsible for delivering creative, fact-based solutions and thought leadership that will help build NFL Brands at assigned customers to help make Our Recipe with our products.



Responsibilities


  1. Assisting R&D and Cat-mix team with projects in the development of new products & existing product improvements
  2. Direct and assist Sales force in achieving the agreed targets in line with organizational objectives and strategies
  3. Effectively use enthusiasm, creativity, strong culinary skills and commercial acumen to actively sell the benefits and added value for each new product developed
  4. Work with the team to ensure the delivery and successful start-ups of new products, product improvement, cost reduction, ingredient, formula or specification and explore new segments and avenues of sales growth.
  5. Providing and ensure accurate collation of information towards ingredient, recipe and finished product costing and applications.
  6. Liaising with customers in continuous improvement of existing skuƒ??s through product benchmarking exercises.
  7. Lead the Chef Conference and culinary related initiative as part of the core project team.
  8. Maintaining awareness of industry trends, consumer requirements and the availability of novel ingredients and processing aids.
  9. Lead the country for culinary capability agenda by supporting/leading trainings and quarterly evaluations.
  10. Confirm the development and religious execution of contract strategies and resulting route plans. This should adapt basic logic of team member ROI



Requirements

  • 7+ years of extensive culinary and restaurant experience.
  • Strong experience in food preparation, food innovation and new recipe formulation.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree with certification will be preferred.
  • Sales experience in HORECA/Food Services is desirable.
