Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate as needed regarding project status, costing, vendor information & lead times, and packaging/labeling needs.
- Prepare analysis as directed providing overall impact to the business.
- Manage any ad hoc cross-functional projects.
- Manage cost savings data/quotes & comparisons.
- Manage data & scheduling of vendor scorecard/business reviews.
- Manage agenda/follow up of vendor and product meetings.
- Compile & track documentation for On-boarding new vendors.
- Maintain and monitor project schedules to ensure on time delivery.
- Procurement/vendor coordination including acquisition of Quotations, preparation of QES, Purchase order process and taking approvals from management.
- Vendor management (Coordination, Induction, and MIS maintenance of vendors).
- Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate statistics/MIS and reports.
- Ensure all tasks are completed timely in line with policies and Procedures.
- Maintain proper filing system, records and statistics related to general administrative functions. Also provide timely & accurate MIS reports.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Job Requirement:
- Have at least 4 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement position.
- Hold a Master??s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and conflict management capabilities.
- A focus on both internal and external customer service.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to work independently.
- Have self-confidence, motivation & be cost-consciousness.
- Have good analytical skills.
