  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate as needed regarding project status, costing, vendor information & lead times, and packaging/labeling needs.
  • Prepare analysis as directed providing overall impact to the business.
  • Manage any ad hoc cross-functional projects.
  • Manage cost savings data/quotes & comparisons.
  • Manage data & scheduling of vendor scorecard/business reviews.
  • Manage agenda/follow up of vendor and product meetings.
  • Compile & track documentation for On-boarding new vendors.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules to ensure on time delivery.
  • Procurement/vendor coordination including acquisition of Quotations, preparation of QES, Purchase order process and taking approvals from management.
  • Vendor management (Coordination, Induction, and MIS maintenance of vendors).
  • Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate statistics/MIS and reports.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed timely in line with policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain proper filing system, records and statistics related to general administrative functions. Also provide timely & accurate MIS reports.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.


  • Job Requirement:
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement position.
  • Hold a Masterƒ??s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and conflict management capabilities.
  • A focus on both internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
  • Have self-confidence, motivation & be cost-consciousness.
  • Have good analytical skills.


  • Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures.
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel.
