Purpose
The purpose of this position to deal with Internal/External Customers include people who are serving or has served K-Electric in past and their families through People Connect CC.
Education
Bachelors Degree
Experience:
3 ?? 4 Years in Customer Experience
Areas of Responsibilities:
? Follow communication SOPs when handling different topics
? Identify customers/employees?? needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or way forward
? Reading/Responding Emails as per Protocols and Formats
? Raising Tickets and Inquiries as per Protocols and SOPs
? Handling Inbound and Outbound calls as per defined Protocols & SOPs
? Immediately Call to Abandoned Calls (Based on Calls Load)
? Ensuring calls & emails operations up and running
? Closure of BAUs and Assigned task before shift end
? Workload based Extended Shift Support
? Extracurricular Participation
? Ensuring Timely Shift Time in and Time out
? Proper management of Administrative Tasks
? Maintaining Decorum and Support Team Members
? Focusing to enhance Customer Experience
? Follow Benchmarking and Protocols for Emails, Feedback, calls, etc.
? Any other Task as assigned by Team Lead or Manager
? Provide visibility as and when required
