The purpose of this position to deal with Internal/External Customers include people who are serving or has served K-Electric in past and their families through People Connect CC.


Bachelors Degree


3 ƒ?? 4 Years in Customer Experience

Areas of Responsibilities:

ƒ?› Follow communication SOPs when handling different topics

ƒ?› Identify customers/employeesƒ?? needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or way forward

ƒ?› Reading/Responding Emails as per Protocols and Formats

ƒ?› Raising Tickets and Inquiries as per Protocols and SOPs

ƒ?› Handling Inbound and Outbound calls as per defined Protocols & SOPs

ƒ?› Immediately Call to Abandoned Calls (Based on Calls Load)

ƒ?› Ensuring calls & emails operations up and running

ƒ?› Closure of BAUs and Assigned task before shift end

ƒ?› Workload based Extended Shift Support

ƒ?› Extracurricular Participation

ƒ?› Ensuring Timely Shift Time in and Time out

ƒ?› Proper management of Administrative Tasks

ƒ?› Maintaining Decorum and Support Team Members

ƒ?› Focusing to enhance Customer Experience

ƒ?› Follow Benchmarking and Protocols for Emails, Feedback, calls, etc.

ƒ?› Any other Task as assigned by Team Lead or Manager

ƒ?› Provide visibility as and when required
