Technical
- Strong technical background
- Experience working in multiple departments within i2c would be a plus
- i2c platform understanding is a plus but must have the ability to communicate complex product initiatives to the Engineering team
- SME in one of the following product areas: Credit. Debit, Prepaid, Cash Management, Banking

SME in one or many of the following platform applications a plus but not required: User Interfaces: C-Holder, C-Admin, C??Partner, C-Cart, Mobile App Value Adds: Communication Manager, Digital Coupons, Loyalty, Contact Centers, IVR, Fraud
Education
: Bachelors/Masters
Experience
: 8+ years of overall working experience in progressive roles
Knowledge, Skills And Personal Characteristics
- Effective Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Innovative thinking and ability to track industry evolving trends
- Analytical thinker and problem solver with desire to challenge the status quo and continually drive improvements
- Product Management experience a plus
- Project Management experience a plus
- Willingness to create and manage to an end to end, comprehensive project plan
- Understanding of the i2c development lifecycle and internal processes
- Strong relationship builder
- Willingness and ability to work with and influence cross functionally and with more senior resources, if needed
- Self-starter and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Appetite to learn something new
- Knowledge of card payment networks and their respective products and solutions
