Responsibilities:

  • Maintain healthy relationships across the business, conducts regular meetings with various departments, build, and develop trusted relationships with people managers, and employees.
  • Career management and succession plans in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the company.
  • Constantly diagnose individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs
  • Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency
  • Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business
  • Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally
  • Stay up-to-date on learning news and trends
  • Advise manager and CHRO on appropriate development needs of employees
  • Design and follow-up of short and mid-term development plans
  • Partner with leaders and staff in creating an environment in which the values and best practices promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion are reflected in our work with communities, management decisions, and throughout the employee experience


Requirements:

  • Minimum a Masterƒ??s Degree with 7+ years of work experience as an HR business partner in a well-reputed firm
  • Effective management and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Strong business awareness
