Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the strategic delivery model that will effectively cover the companyƒ??s current and projected markets
  • Leverage on category management concept and industry analytics to source and secure Transportation and Warehousing Services, ensuring capacity to meet region requirements
  • Collaborate with product team to drive system and operational improvements that will improve delivery efficiencies and result in lower cost per delivery goals in each market
  • Optimize lead times to delivery
  • Manage the dispatch team covering all team leads and a current dispatch staff
  • Work closely with Head of Operations in coordinating with Lazada Team for Delivery Management System Reporting
  • Improvements and final submission of the Standard Operating Procedures for own fleet
  • Coordinate and work with Third Party Logistic Service Providers
  • Plan inter city and intra city dispatch services
  • Monitor and maintain Dispatch and Network Logistics’ KPIs
  • Develop effective reporting formats and provide visibility of performance, where such formats do not exist
  • Continuously drive costs and performance improvements.
  • Work closely with local Express, Fulfilment, Cross Border and Finance teams.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.
  • Lead tactical logistics operations that result in customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience

  • Post graduate with top tier university, foreign certification preferable
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification or Training is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant broad-spectrum experience with logistics, transport and operations preferred
