?ú Lead and monitor important pillars of each private brand, namely customer experience, marketing, and on-site performance
?ú Be a thought leader for important stakeholders in category and marketing teams
?ú Keep a track of profitability and supply chain metrics to drive sales, purchasing and assortment plans
?ú Identify the gaps in the assortment and assist the team to populate underdeveloped categories.
?ú Get close to the customer: understand their needs, market trends, and use these learnings to create comprehensive marketing and production strategies
?ú Work closely with sourcing and on-ground teams to ensure that we de-risk our production and leverage the best quality at the most affordable price
A little bit about you
?ú You have at least 3 years of professional experience working with a fashion brand or a tech company, ideally in a business development and/or production related role
?ú You are an excellent communicator who can break down complex ideas into structured and understandable solutions
?ú You always think numbers and possess a strong business acumen
?ú You have a strong track-record of agile and robust execution, working closely with brands to build them from the ground up
?ú Ideally, you are self-sufficient with SQL and can query your own data
?ú You are able to take initiative and think outside the box to drive profitable growth for our fashion private label
