Job Description:
- Take ownership of Daraz Offline growth in your city and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services to customers and vendors
- Plan, prioritize and execute the project to reach our growth goals in terms of operations, sales and revenue
- Acquisition and setup of Daraz Shop in the city
- Work closely with the Hub Manager for day to day operation activities and to make sure all KPI’s are met and SOPs are followed
- Work with the Marketing Department to setup and launch Marketing Campaigns all over the city
- Hold information sessions and recruit D-force agents in your city
- Recruit, Hire and Train all Hub employees
- Manage the overall Admin of the Hub
- Be the sole point of contact for higher management for the business in that city
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in Finance, CRM, or Operations
- Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills
Eligibility Criteria/Qualification:
- Relevant experience of 1-2 Years with a known organization
- Minimum bachelor??s degree from an accredited university. (Masters?? preferred)
