Position: Technical Services Specialist, APAC
Reports To: Global Technical Services Manager
As a Technical Services Specialist for EASA, you will be responsible for assisting the EASA sales process and providing technical support to our customers. Applicants for the position are expected to have previous experience in either technical pre-sales support or customer support or both. A list of role responsibilities is provided below:
Provide technical support directly for existing and prospective customers.
Assist in marketing and sales activities.
Perform consulting services for our customers.
Provide training and support for our customers and partner companies
Generate feedback for product improvement and enhancement.
Education And Experience
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience with Windows environments and optionally Linux environments.
Previous Experience Using Excel a Plus, But Not Required.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or Visual Basic a plus, but not required.
Programming Experience With Java a Plus, But Not Required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
