Purpose
Afiniti is creating proprietary data analysis, visualization and monitoring software using cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for multiple exceptional candidates to join our team and help us build the next generation of internal and external products.
The Ideal candidate will have
- Have 4+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centric product design
- Have stellar visual design skills, including experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Have a clear understanding of the UX design process
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the suitable interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Have an ability to work comfortably on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who knows how to prioritize and problem-solve
- Thrive in a collaborative environment
- Embrace feedback and have a desire for responsibility
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Exceptional attention to detail with respect to creating visual design concepts and assets
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (or higher) in Computer Science or related disciplines
